40+ Years of Catering Excellence
Founded by Chef Floyd Jackson, Sides BBQ and Catering has been bringing wood-fired Southern-style barbecue to the DMV area for decades. What started as a family passion for cooking has grown into a full-service catering operation with a commercial kitchen, professional staff, and a mobile food trailer.
In addition to Sides BBQ, Chef Jackson operates a corporate catering delivery service that has been serving pharmaceutical offices and medical practices for over 40 years.
